Briogeo: Global Brand Growth Strategy

The objective of this project was to formulate an integrated marketing plan for the expansion of Briogeo, a renowned hair care brand known for its high-quality products designed for all hair types and textures, as well as its commitment to clean ingredients. I was challenged to create a comprehensive and compelling new launch plan tailored to a non-US market. Through extensive research and analysis of Briogeo, product trends, consumer behavior, and the unique characteristics of the Brazilian market, I created a comprehensive launch plan, including the selection of product lines and the introduction of a new Briogeo product into the Brazilian market. To support this expansion, I  designed an integrated marketing strategy and marketing funnel. This involved the creation of a campaign concept, as well as the development of mock-ups for the campaign, encompassing elements such as signage, in-store displays, and promotional advertisements.
